摘　　要：八十多年来,我军思想政治工作激励机制主导模式大致经历了四种类型的变迁,即导向+民主模式、导向+民主+情理模式、导向+民主+情理+公平模式、导向+民主+情理+公平+利益模式。这种主导模式的变迁,既有一脉相承的"路径依赖",也有特定历史条件下的制度创新。新世纪新阶段,完善我军思想政治工作激励机制要特别注意制度移植的条件性、"路径依赖"的两面性、制度变迁的连续性和制度选择集合的可变性。In the past eighty years or so,the leading model of encouraging system in PLA＇s thought and political job had experienced four vicissitudes,these are： leading＋democracy model;leading＋democracy＋sense model;leading＋democracy＋sense＋justice model;leading＋democracy＋sense＋justice＋profit model.In the vicissitude of leading model,there are successive＂path independence＂ and institutional innovation.In the new era,to perfect the encouraging system in PLA＇s thought and political job,we have to pay special attention to the condition of institutional transplantation,the double sides of ＂path independence＂,the successive of institutional vicissitude and the variation of the institutional choosing unities.
