摘　　要：基于企业与市场环境的动态匹配观点,以湖南省医药行业为实例,探讨企业实施兼并重组的动机与产业选择、企业发展之间的相互关系,推导出湖南省医药行业的兼并重组动机与企业发展的传导模型,并提出相关发展建议。Based on the theory of dynamic match between firms and market environment, the motives of merger and reorganization and the relationship between industry choice and firm＇s development are discussed by. taking Hunan pharmaceutical industry for example, Thus, one model is deduced for the motives of merger and developments in Hunan pharmaceutical industry, as well as some relevant suggestions are proposed.
