浅析云南农业大学学生社团发展中存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：通过调查分析,云南农业大学学生社团在建设发展中存在诸多问题。如,社团负责人组织管理能力弱、社团定位不准确、对外交流不积极、缺乏活动的资金和场地、指导教师不到位等,导致各社团间发展不平衡,难以形成"百家争鸣,百花齐放"的校园文化氛围。针对以上问题并结合学校实际,笔者认为,要从提高社团负责人组织管理能力、帮助社团准确定位、加强对外交流、积极解决活动资金和场地问题、加强指导教师队伍建设等方面着手,有效推进学生社团建设,促进学生全面发展。Through thorough investigations and analysis, the authors find out that there are a lot of problems existing in the construction and development of the students＇ organizations of Yunnan agricul- tural university, such as： the incompetence of the organizers, the inaccurate orientation of the organi- zations, inactiveness in communications, deficiency in fund and opportunities and lack of tutors, which have led to the unbalanced development of the organizations and to the fact that there could never be rich campus cultures form. Towards these problems and the reality of the university, the authors think that it would be very effective to promote the students organization constructions and the comprehensive development of the students from improving the managing abilities of the organizers, finding the appro- priate orientations for the organizations, enhancing communications, solving the problems of the defi- ciency of the fund and opportunities and arranging some tutors to help to develop the organizations.
