建筑类院校应用型工程技术人才培养中实践教学的改革与实践

摘　　要：针对建筑类高校应用型人才培养中实践教学存在的一些问题,指出了建筑类院校实践教学改革的基本方向。实践教学的改革是提高人才培养质量的重要途径,改革应从转变观念、提高思想认识、师资队伍建设、实践教学的管理和考核、校企合作等方面来进行。本文结合了学院开展实践教学多年及取得的成效,就如何实现与企业的深层次合作的探索与实践,建立长期稳定的校外实践教学基地;如何全员安排毕业顶岗实习,实现实习生与用人单位的"零距离"对接;如何加强对学生实习的过程管理,促进毕业生就业以及如何落实"以市场为导向、以就业为根本"的办学宗旨等提出了一些经验和思路。According to problems existing of the practical teaching for applied talent training in archi- tectural universities, this paper puts forward a way on how to reform architectural universities practical teaching. Practical teaching reformation is a necessary way to improve quality of talents, and the refor- mation can be ： changing our ideas and enhancing our ideological cognition, teaching staff developing, practical teaching management and evaluation, cooperation between school and enterprises to strength- en the practical teaching. Combining with many-year teaching practice exploration achievements, this paper puts forward some thoughts and answers on： how to achieve deeper cooperation with the enterpri- ses of exploration and practice, and establishes long-term stable teaching practice base of outside col- lege; how to overall arrange the graduation practice, realize the interns with employing units ＂zero dis- tance＂ docking; how to strengthen the process management of students, to promote employment of graduates ; and how to implement the running school aim of the ＂market-oriented employment as funda- mental＂.
