摘  要:麦克斯韦方程组是描述宏观电磁现象普遍规律的基本方程,给出恰当的定解条件才能确保麦克斯韦方程组有解且唯一。本文从确定矢量场唯一解的亥姆霍兹定理出发,提出电磁场基本方程的构成,并基于时变电磁场和静态电磁场的特性给出定解条件。这为各种电磁场问题求解方法提供了依据,也为解的正确性提供了判据。Maxwell equations form the fundamental equations of electromagnetic theory. However, it is very important to give the unique solution conditions of Maxwell equations in practical application. From Helmholtz theorem which can determine the unique solution of a vector field, composing of fundamental equations of electromagnetic field is putted forward. Based on the properties of time-varying electromagnetic field and static electromagnetic field, the unique solution conditions of the fundamental equations are determined. The results obtained in this can provide the foundation of methods used for solving electromagnetic questions, and they also can provide the criterion of solution correctness.
