摘　　要：直线加速器治疗床主要用于肿瘤治疗时将病员的病灶置于辐射野内。为提高其运动精度和可靠性,本文以Atmega128单片机作为控制单元,运用PWM控制方式,采用驱动芯片IR2112、FGA25N120构成H桥驱动单元,设计了一种高性能的电机驱动控制系统。经过实际测试使用,该系统能提供足够大的驱动功率,使治疗床平稳和精确地运动。The linear accelerator couch is used to focus the patients into the radiation field. In order to improve its kinematic accuracy and reliability, a motor drive and its control system are developed. It is based on the Atmega128 control unit and H bridge drive unit of IR2112 drive chip and FGA25N120 chip. The motor is controlled with PWM control technology. This system can provide enough driving power, and make couch move stably and accurately.
