摘　　要：基于对高职院校实施全面质量管理的分析,建立了描述高职院校全面质量管理投入和效益关系的状态空间模型,该模型旨在研究这两者的内在联系,确保全面质量管理效益的最大化。通过对模型的稳定性和定性分析表明,适当的全面质量管理投入可产生较好的效益。Based on the analysis of total quality management in higher vocational colleges, the state-space model is established to describe the relationship between total quality management inputs and benefits in higher vocational colleges. The model is designed to study the internal relations between inputs and benefits to ensure that maximize the benefits of total quality management. By analyzing stability and qualitative behavior to the model, it is shown that the appropriate inputs of total quality management can produce better benefits.
