摘　　要：在当前患者自我保护意识不断提高、医患关系亟待进一步改善的情况下,医疗机构开展伦理查房,对提高医护人员的伦理素养、密切医患关系、全面提升医院的整体水平有着重要的现实意义。本文对山东中医药大学第二附属医院伦理查房的组织、形式和内容以及在促进医患和谐、营造良好的"伦理环境"中的作用进行了介绍。In the case of patient self-protection awareness increasing currently, and the doctor-patient relationship need to be further improved, practicing ethical ward-round in medical institution had important realistic meaning for improving the ethical quality of the medical staff, osculating the relation of the doctors and patients , and roundly improving the whole level of hospital.The organization, methods and content of the ethical ward-rounds, the effect on promoting harmonious doctor-patient relationship and building good ＂ethical environment＂ in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were introduced.
