摘 要:采用酶学分析方法研究K+、Na+、Mg2+、Ca2+4种金属离子对卡拉白鱼肝胰脏、前肠、中肠、后肠淀粉酶活性的影响,金属离子浓度设定为25~150 mmoL/L。结果表明,在设定的浓度范围内,4种金属离子对卡拉白鱼消化组织淀粉酶活性影响不同,其中K+、Na+对肝胰脏、前肠、中肠和后肠的淀粉酶活性具有不同程度的促进作用,而Mg2+与Ca2+对卡拉白鱼消化器官均表现为不同程度的抑制作用。由此得出结论:25~75 mmoL/L的K+、Na+对卡拉白鱼淀粉酶活性促进作用较为明显,在配合饲料中可适量添加。By the way of enzyme analysis,effects of four kinds of metal ions( K+,Na+,Mg2+,Ca2+)on amylase activities in hepatopancreas,foregut, midgut and hindgut of Chalcalburnus chalcoides aralensis were studied.The results indicated that the effects of four metal ions on amylase activities of Chalcalburnus chalcoides aralensis were different in the range of experimental concentration from 25 mmoL/L to 150 mmoL/L.K+ and Na+ could promote amylase activities in hepatopancreas, foregut, midgut and hindgut at different degree.Mg2+ and Ca2+could promote amylase activities at different degree of Chcdcalburnus chalcoides aralensis.In summary,the effects of K+ and Na + had significantly promoted on amylase activities of Chalcalburnus chalcoides aralensis from 25 mmoL/L to 75 mmoL/L,it could be appropriate to add in the compound feed.
