摘　　要：地方一般工科院校在人才培养和地方经济建设中起着重要的作用。吉林化工学院作为地方一般工科院校,根据自身学科优势,结合地方企业对药物制剂专业人才的培养需求,对原培养方案进行了改革与实践,构建了以工程素质培养为特色的专业课程体系。Local engineering colleges play important role in training of qualified personnel and local economic construction.Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology is a local engineering college.According to the discipline advantage and meeting with the pharmaceutical preparation major talents training need of local enterprises,the original course structure was reformed and practised,the curriculum system of pharmaceutical preparation major was reconstructed which was characterized by outstanding training of engineering quality.
