摘　　要：目的:调查住院危重患儿的营养风险及营养不良发生情况,为临床进行营养支持提供依据。方法:采用营养风险评价工具STRONG kids对308例住院危重患儿进行营养风险筛查,并通过体格测量评估儿童营养状况。结果:308例住院危重患儿中营养风险检出率为53.90%,营养不良检出率为32.14%。营养风险检出率与营养不良检出率呈正相关关系(r=0.977,P<0.01)。结论:应用营养风险评价工具STRONGkids筛查住院危重患儿的营养风险,对減少患儿营养不良的发生有一定预示作用。Objective：To investigate the incidence rates of nutritional risk and malnutrition of critically ill children and provide the basis for clinically nutritional support. Methods： Nutritional risk of 308 children with critically ill were screened by STRONG kids, and the nutrition of children were evaluated by physical examination. Results ： The detection rates of nutritional risk and malnutrition of 308 children with critically ill were 53.90% （ 166 cases） and 32.14% （99 cases） ,respectively,and the data were positive correlation（ r = 0.977,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions：Nutritional risk screening by STRONGkids play certain predictive role on malnutrition happening.
