摘  要:目的:调查住院危重患儿的营养风险及营养不良发生情况,为临床进行营养支持提供依据。方法:采用营养风险评价工具STRONG kids对308例住院危重患儿进行营养风险筛查,并通过体格测量评估儿童营养状况。结果:308例住院危重患儿中营养风险检出率为53.90%,营养不良检出率为32.14%。营养风险检出率与营养不良检出率呈正相关关系(r=0.977,P<0.01)。结论:应用营养风险评价工具STRONGkids筛查住院危重患儿的营养风险,对減少患儿营养不良的发生有一定预示作用。Objective:To investigate the incidence rates of nutritional risk and malnutrition of critically ill children and provide the basis for clinically nutritional support. Methods: Nutritional risk of 308 children with critically ill were screened by STRONG kids, and the nutrition of children were evaluated by physical examination. Results : The detection rates of nutritional risk and malnutrition of 308 children with critically ill were 53.90% ( 166 cases) and 32.14% (99 cases) ,respectively,and the data were positive correlation( r = 0.977,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions:Nutritional risk screening by STRONGkids play certain predictive role on malnutrition happening.
