摘　　要：目的:探讨基于病案分析的临床生物化学综合性实验对培养医学检验专业高级人才的作用。方法:在本科医学检验专业实验教学中开展基于病案分析的临床生物化学综合性实验,并对其分析和总结。结果:学生除了掌握临床生物化学基本操作技能外,还提高了学习兴趣,熟悉了查阅文献资料的方法,促进了相互间的团结协作,增强了综合分析和解决问题的能力。结论:基于病案分析的临床生物化学综合性实验对于培养医学检验专业高级人才具有重要作用。Objective：To explore the role of case-analysis-based comprehensive experimental teaching of clinical biochemistry in cultivating professional personnel in laboratory science. Methods：Case-analysis-based comprehensive experiment was carried out in clinical biochemistry teaching,and the related data were analyzed and summarized. Results：Besides mastering the basic operation skills,the students′ interest in clinical biochemistry was enhanced,ability of access to English literature improved,cooperative spirit promoted and problem-solving ability strengthened. Conclusions：Case-analysis-based comprehensive experimental teaching of clinical biochemistry is effective in cultivating high-grade personnel in laboratory science.
