摘 要:首先对过滤器运行存在的问题进行了分析,结合南京某地铁站空调系统过滤器清洗前、后各个房间的风量和空气温、湿度实测结果,分析了过滤器对地铁空调系统冷量的影响。实测结果表明,当空调系统冷量减小时,对过滤器进行清洗会显著增大空调系统的风量和冷量、提高空调的换热效率、有效提高了冷量的传输,并且节能效果明显。In this paper,the operation of the filter had been analyzed firstly,then the effect from the air filters on the cooling capability of air-conditioning system had been analyzed being combined with the measurement results of air flow and the temperature and humidity of each room between cleaning the filters and non-cleaning filters of Nanjing subway station air-conditioning system.The measurement results had been shown that when the energy consumption of air conditioning system increases,cleaning the filter will significantly amplify air flow and the cooling capability of air-conditioning system,could effectively reduce energy consumption,and effectively improved the cooling capability transmission,which had made the energy saving effect significant.
