摘　　要：提出一种基于 ATM- CTI技术的开放可编程交换的问题 .阐述了 CTI技术是实现通信网络中语音 /数据综合服务业务应用的关键技术 ,明确指出了开放可编程理论对 CTI深入发展的重要作用 .A question of OPS technology based on ATM CTI is presented.This thesis focuses on the exposition of the fact that CTI technique is the key technology for the realization of synthetic voice and data service in communication networks, and definitely poins out the important role played by open progranning theory and technology in the further development of CTI.Moreover, it explains how OPS technology is successfully applied in the development and research based on ATM CTI systems.
