普瑞巴林治疗神经痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察普瑞巴林治疗神经痛的疗效和安全性。方法选择患者42例随机分成两组,每组21例,治疗组给予普瑞巴林治疗,对照组给予加巴喷丁治疗,分别在治疗7、14d后对患者进行疼痛程度评定,采用非参数检验和卡方检验比较两组治疗效果,同时观察两组患者治疗中的不良反应。结果两组患者疼痛均缓解,普瑞巴林组对神经痛的缓解优于加巴喷丁组(P=0.0024),治疗组的止痛时间短于对照组(P=0.043);不良反应发生率低,普瑞巴林组不良反应发生率低于加巴喷丁组(P=0.043)。结论普瑞巴林治疗神经痛疗效好,安全性高。Objective To evaluate therapeutic effect and safety of Pregabalin in patients with painful neuropathy. Methods Fifty-two patients with painful neuropathy were enrolled and randomly divided equally into two groups. After they took either controlled-release Gabapentin or Pregabalin,pain relief and adverse reactions were evaluated. Results The pain reliving effect in Pregabalin group were better than in Gabapentin （ P = 0. 0024）. The treatment group pain relief time is shorter than the control group（ P =0. 043）. The adverse rate in Prebalin group was lower than in Gabapentin（ P =0. 043）. Conclusion Pregabalin is effective and safe for treating with painful neuropathy.
