摘　　要：企业并购支付方式选择是并购活动中的重要环节,日益受到人们的关注。本文从理论基础和相关实证研究两个方面总结了国外20多年来该领域的主要研究文献,指出现有研究不足和进一步的研究方向。最后结合我国企业并购市场现状和存在的问题,对今后该领域的理论研究和实践提出一些建议。The choice of payment methods is an important element in the mergers and acquisitions（M＆A） and catches people’ more attentions.This paper summarizes over twenty years of major foreign research literatures from the theoretical foundation and relevant empirical research,points out the limitations of current researches and the direction for future research.At last,with the present status and existing problems in the Chinese M＆A market,this paper gives some advices to the theoretical research and practice in the future.
