摘　　要：科学技术是第一生产力,它的进步与发展给人类带来了巨大的变化,改变了人类的生存方式,同时也深刻地影响着法律文化。本文在阐释"科技发展"和"法律文化"两个概念内涵的基础上,探索了"科技发展"对"法律文化"的影响。科技发展对法律文化的丰富体现在:科技发展开辟了新的立法领域,科技发展要求对原有的法律进行改革,科技发展推动了法律实施方式的进步;科技发展对法律文化的变革体现在:科技发展不断变革人们的法律意识、法律的传播方式和法律的实施方式。为应对科技发展对法律文化的影响,有关部门应当制定完备的法律体系,同时提升法律和科技工作者的法治观念和文化素养。Science and technology are the primary productive forces, which have brought about great advances in human civilization, created new style of human production and life, and made a profound impact on legal culture. Based on explaining the concepts of technological development and legal culture, this the- sis explores the impact of technological development on the legal culture. The technological development breaks a new path for legislation, promotes the reformation and administration of the laws, and at the same time it changes the law consciousness and the dissemination and practice ways. This thesis strongly emphasizes on the importance of structuring a perfect system of jurisprudence and improving the law con- cept and cultural quality of relevant law and scientific personnel to respond to the impact of technological development on the legal culture.
