HPLC法测定藏药四味姜黄汤散中没食子酸的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定藏药四味姜黄汤散中没食子酸含量的方法.方法:采用Swell ChromstarTMC18柱(4.6mmⅹ250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(5:95:0.05),柱温:30℃,检测波长为280nm,流速1 mL/min.结果:没食子酸在151.84～911.04 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=9)为99.0%,RSD为1.14%.结论:本方法快速、简便,准确可靠,可用于四味姜黄汤散制剂的质量控制.Objective： To develop a new HPLC method to determine the contents of gallic acid in Siwei Jianghuangtang Powder. Method： The column is Swell Chromstar^TM C18 （4.6 minx×250 mm,5μm） and the mobile phase is acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid （5：95：0.05）, the column temperature is set at 30℃, detection wavelength is at 280nm, and the flow rate is lmL/min. Results： The linear range of gallic acid is 151.84-911.04ng （r=0.9999）, the average recovery （n=9） is 99.0% and the RSD is 1.14%. Conclusion： The method is rapid, simple and reliable. This method is available for quality control of Siwei Jianghuangtang Powder.
