摘　　要：通过高温加速发色实验探究热敏纸发色时的灰度值的变化规律,建立热敏纸的时间-温度-灰度变化动力学模型。实验结果表明:热敏纸的时间-温度-灰度值变化模型与军用快餐米饭的时间-温度-质量模型相近,因而热敏纸可用于指示耐储食品的质量变化。In this paper, high-temperature accelerated experiments were done to explore the gray level variation law for thermo-sensitive paper when its color was changing, and then time-temperature-gray level variation model of thermo-sensitive paper was built. The experimental result shows that the time-temperature-gray level variation model of thermo-sensitive paper is similar to the military dehydrated rice＇s, so the thermo-sensitive paper can be used as a indicator to the quality change of storable
