摘 要:为了探索多效唑在马铃薯原原种生产中对植株徒长的控制效果,采用单因素随机区组试验,研究了不同浓度多效唑(100mg/L、150mg/L、200mg/L、250mg/L及300mg/L等5个浓度)对马铃薯早熟品种毕引2号、中晚熟品种毕引1号原原种生产的影响。结果表明:施用多效唑在100~300mg/L时,地上部防控效果、地下部结薯数量和产量均较对照明显提高;250mg/L和200mg/L 2个处理施用效果极显著优于其他处理。建议:在马铃薯原原种生产中应采用200~250mg/L浓度的多效唑防控徒长。Two potato varieties were tested by the single-factor random block design to study the regulation effect of different paclobutrazol concentration on excessive growth of potato plantlets in original potato production. The results showed that the micro-potato number and yield of potato plants applied with 100~300 mg/L paclobutrazol were significantly higher than CK. The potato seed number and yield of potato plants applied with 250 mg/L and 200mg/L paclobutrazol were very significantly higher than other treatments. Conclusion: The 200-250mg/L paclobutrazol should be used to control excessive growth of potato plants in production of original virus-free potato.
