摘　　要：我国在刑事诉讼过程中,只有对刑事案件进行有效法律监督,才能保证我国刑法、刑事诉讼法的正确实施。文章结合我国法律实践,着重分析加强刑事案件法律监督的重要性、当前刑事案件法律监督所存在的障碍,提出建立有效刑事案件法律监督体系的建议。通过对我国刑事案件法律监督制度进行全面研究,为我国实现社会主义法治社会的目标努力。In the process of the criminal lawsuits in our country, only when effective legal supervision over criminal cases are taken, will the correct implementation of criminal law and criminal procedure law be ensured. The article analyses in particular the importance to strengthen legal supervision over criminal cases and the obstacles of legal supervision over criminal cases at present, and suggests our country should build legal supervision system. With comprehensive research of the system of legal supervision over criminal cases, we try our best to build a socialism legal society.
