阿魏菇联合化疗在宫颈癌的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:研究食用阿魏菇联合TP方案治疗宫颈癌的治疗效果、不良反应及对生活质量的影响。方法:采用前瞻性随机对照研究,对收治的50例宫颈癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组。结果:两组治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生存质量提高情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);化疗过程中,两组中性粒细胞减少发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血红蛋白减少、血小板减少发生率分别比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组恶心、呕吐发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组腹泻、血清转氨酶升高、胆红素升高、口腔炎的发生率分别比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:食用阿魏菇可增强患者对化疗的耐受力,提高疗效,有利于化疗的顺利进行,起到增效减毒的作用。Objective： To observe the effect of Pleurotas sapidus combined with TP regimen in the treatment of cervi- cal cancer and to observe the adverse effects and the influence to life. Methods： By using the way of prospective randomized controUed study, a number of 50 cases of cervical cancer patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Results： On the comparison of two treatment in two groups, the difference is significant（P 〈0.05 ） ; the difference of improvement to the quality of life is significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） between two groups; during the treatment course of chemo- therapy, the incidence rate of neutropenia were compared, the differences were significant （P 〈 O. 05 ） ; two groups of re- duced hemoglobin, thrombocy - topenia incidence were compared respectively, but there are no significant difference （P 〉 0.05） ; the situation of nausea, vomiting and the occurrence rate of them in the two group is significant different （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; but there is no significant differe - nce （ P〉0.05 ） meaning in the comparison of diarrhea, elevated serum transami- nases, bilirubin, and the stomatitis incidence rates of the two groups. Conclusion： Pleurotus ferulae Lanzi can make contri- bution to enhance patients on chemotherapy toleran - ce, improve the curative effect, be conducive to the progress of chemo- therapy and to increase the curative efficiency and reduce toxicity effect.
