基于STATISTICA的人为失误与船舶碰撞之间关系的研究

摘　　要：为了研究人为失误与船舶碰撞之间的关系,在参考以往研究成果的基础之上,归纳总结了导致船舶碰撞事故的各种人为失误。对80份船舶碰撞事故报告进行了分析,提取了导致事故的人为因素,最后用STATISTICA统计分析软件对其进行关联规则分析,结果表明：瞭望不当和未及时采取行动是导致碰撞事故发生的最主要因素。In order to research the relationship between human errors and ship collisions, human errors that could lead to ship collisions are summarized based on previous studies and 80 related accident reports. The association rules between human errors and ship collisions are analyzed with the method of STATISTICA. The conclusions show that the bad look-out and the slow action are the most important two factors that lead to ship collisions.
