摘　　要：霍奇金淋巴瘤(Hodgkin's lymphoma,HL)与Epstein-Barr病毒(EBV)的发生密切相关,其相关性受年龄、性别、民族/种族、地理环境以及社会经济状况的影响。霍奇金淋巴瘤与EBV病毒的潜伏感染密切相关,在感染人体后长期潜伏,可表达多种基因,其潜伏膜蛋白(Latent membrane protein,LMP)编码基因、EB病毒核抗原(Ep-stein-Barr virus nuelear antigenl,EBNAI)可以通过不同的机制致霍奇金淋巴瘤。本文就HL与EBV的关系及其预后作一综述。Hodgkin's lymphoma(HL) is significantly associated with Epstein-Barr virus(EBV),this association is effected by age,sex,nation/ethnieity,geography and socioeconomic condition.Latent infection of Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)has close relationship with HL(HL).The virus can incubate for long time after infection of human.The virus can express multiple genes including latent membrane protein(LMP)coding gene and EBV nuclear antigen(EBNA),which result in Hodgkin's lymphoma by different mechanisms.This article on the relationship between the Hodgkin's lymphoma and EBV,and the Outeome are reviewed.
