教育中介机构:落实高校自主办学权的桥梁

摘　　要：政府对高等学校管理的一些干预,在某种程度上会限制高等教育的发展。随着高等教育大众化进程的推进,我国迫切需要既能减少政府对高校直接管理所产生的摩擦,又能保证高等教育系统在政府宏观调控下正常运行的组织。于是,高等教育中介机构应运而生,充当着协调政府与高校关系的缓冲器。把握中介机构的内涵,探寻我国教育中介机构存在的问题并提出相应建议,有利于我国高等教育的进一步发展。To some extent,government intervention in university management limited the development of higher education.With the popularization of higher education forward,the government of the urgent needs an organization to reduce both direct management of the friction and ensure that government regulation of higher education system in the normal operation.Then,the educational intermediate agencies as the co-ordination between government and universities buffer came into being.Grasp the meaning of intermediate agencies to explore problems of the educational intermediate agencies and make some suggestions accordingly,it will be conducive to the further development of our higher education.
