糖尿病黄斑水肿与糖尿病病史相关性及疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病黄斑水肿程度与糖尿病病史相关性及曲安奈德疗效对比分析。方法:选取40例糖尿病黄斑水肿患者,根据糖尿病病史分为三组,均行玻璃体内曲安奈德注射,观察三组患者治疗前后视力、黄斑水肿程度及水肿分型的变化。结果:治疗前,Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组,Ⅱ组比较,视力显著下降,局限性水肿比例显著减少,弥漫性水肿显著增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组比较,黄斑厚度显著增加(P<0.05),治疗后Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组比较,视力显著下降,局限性水肿比例显著减少,弥漫性水肿显著增多,黄斑厚度显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病病史长的患者视力下降明显、黄斑水肿情况严重,治疗效果相对较差。Objective ：To study the relationship between diabetic macular edema（DME） and history of diabetes and treatment effects of triamcinolone aceto（TA）.nethods ：A totai of 40 patients who suffered with DME were divided in three groups according the history of diabetes mellitus.Eye sights, the stage DME were recorded before and after treatment.Results ：The sight were increased and the stage of DME reduced significantiy in Ⅰ , Ⅱ groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment, the improvement in eye sights and stage of DME were significantly lower in Ⅰ ,Ⅱ groups than in Ⅲ group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ：The longer history of diabetes mellitus, the worse eye sights and diabetic macular edema, it was harder to treat.
