摘　　要：高等院校开展双语教学十分必要,对提高学生英语水平具有重要作用。结合双语教学的实践讨论了双语教师应当具备的基本条件,研究了双语教学中存在的一些问题及解决方案。The necessity of developing bilingual teaching is proved in the institutions of higher learning, and bilingual teaching is of great importance to improve students＂ English. The paper discusses the basic qualifications teachers should have to meet the require- ments of bilingual teaching, points out some problems in the bilingual teaching andevident and suggests some countermeasures.
