摘　　要：在家庭系统理论的视角下,分析监护室探视制度的研究现状、3种探视形式的利弊、实施探视制度的注意事项及家庭系统理论对监护室家属探视的启示。认为限制式探视模式更加适合ICU病房,能够实现医、护、患、家属四者利益的共享。In the perspective of family system theory, it analyzed the re- search status quo of care unit visitation system, the pros and cons of three visiting form,precautions of visitation system implementation and the en- lightenment of family systems theory for the families visit of patients in ICU. It thought that the constraint visits model was more suitable for the ICU ward, and can realize the sharing of benefits of doctors, nurses, pa- tients and the families of patients.
