摘 要:以硬脂胺对酞菁蓝粒子进行表面修饰,筛选了适宜的分散剂,优化了改性剂和分散剂用量,制备了蓝色电子墨水,并将其用自制微杯型显示器进行封装。用红外、SEM、粒度、zeta电位等测试手段对电子墨水进行了表征并测试了其电场响应行为。得到最可几粒径在270 nm、zeta电位达38.9 mV、30 d的沉降率仅为5.2%、响应时间为224 ms的蓝色电子墨水。所制备的蓝色电子墨水性能稳定,显示器可长期保存。In order to prepare a blue electronic ink,phthalocyanine blue(CuPc) particles were modified by octadecylamine.The modifier dosage was optimized,a suitable dispersant was chosen,and its dosage was optimized.The resulting electronic inks were encapsulated in homemade displays.The modified particles were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy,SEM,particle size analysis,and zeta potential measurements,and their electric field response behavior was tested.The results showed that when the average size of the modified CuPc particles was reduced to 270nm,the zeta potential increased to 38.9mV,30d sedimentation decreased to 5.2%,and the response time was only 224ms.The performance of the blue electronic ink was stable and it can be long-term preserved in electrophoretic displays.
