摘 要:为了明确GA3、KNO3、KMnO4等对朱缨花(Calliandra haematocephala)种子发芽的影响,利用不同浓度的GA3、KNO3、KMnO4对朱缨花种子进行浸种催芽处理,在不同的发芽床中进行发芽率和发芽势的测定。结果表明:50 mmol/L KNO3和0.1 g/LGA3浸种处理发芽效果最好,100 mmol/L KNO3和0.3 g/L GA3对朱缨花种子的发芽有明显的抑制作用;25℃恒温箱中发芽较快、发芽率高,沙床中发芽较慢、发芽率较低,但幼苗的生长状况较在培养皿中的好。因此,采用适宜的方法和适宜的生长环境可以促进朱缨花种子的萌发、提高其发芽率并有利于种苗的生长。The effects of some important factors, such as different germination bed, different chemical reagent (GA3, KNO3, KMnO4) on seed germination of Calliandra haematocephala were studied in present paper. The results indicated that 50 mmol/L KNO3 and 0.1 g/L GA3 could promote seed germinating significantly, while 100 mmol/L KNO3 and 0.3 g/L GA3 restrained seed germinating significantly. The seed in 25~C thermost presented faster and higher germination rate and germination viability than those in sand, but the growth of seedling in sand was better. Thus, it can be concluded that appropriate treatment could do great help to the seed germination and seedling growth of Calliandra haematocephala.
