小型猪经皮肾镜术复合麻醉效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小型猪经皮肾镜术的麻醉效果。方法选择健康雌性(阉割)荣昌小型猪32只,术中予以静脉泵入枸橼酸苏芬太尼3～4μg.kg-1.h-1、咪唑安定0.15mg.kg-1.h-1和盐酸氯胺酮15～20mg.kg-1.h-1维持麻醉,观察麻醉效果。结果小型猪麻醉诱导、维持和苏醒时间分别为(4.9±0.5)、(120.3±11.5)、(104.9±10.5)min;术中小型猪心率、呼吸、脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)分别为(103.9±8.8)次/min、(21.0±3.4)次/min、(96.8±1.8)%。结论应用枸橼酸苏芬太尼、咪唑安定和盐酸氯胺酮复合麻醉具有麻醉效果好、操作简便、安全性高,且无需气管插管的优点,是建立小型猪经皮肾镜模型实验中一种较为理想的麻醉方法。Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of percutaneous nephroscopy in miniature pigs. Methods 32 healthy male miniature Rongchang pigs were selected. During operation,fentanyl citrate 3-4μg · kg^-1 · h^-1,midazolam 0.15 mg · kg 1 ·h^-1 and ketamine hydrochloride 15- 20 mg· kg^-1 · h^-1 were intravenously pumped for maintenance anesthesia. The anesthetic effects were observed. Results The anesthesia induction time, anesthesia duration time and recovery time in the experiment were （4.9±0.5） min,（120. 3±11. 5） min and （104.9±10.5） min respetively. The heart rate,respiration and oxygen saturation in the experimental pigs were（103.9±8.8） times/min,（21. 0±3. 4） times/min and （96.8±1.8）% respectively. Conclusion The combined application of fentanyl citrate, midazolam and ketamine hydrochloride has good anesthetic effects, simple operation and high security without endotracheal intubation,which is an ideal anesthetic method for establishing of miniature pig experimental model of pereutaneous nephroscopy.
