摘 要:利用多光子非线性Compton散射模型,对Compton散射下介电系数关于等离子体光子晶体色散的影响进行了研究.提出了将Compton散射光作为影响介质层介电系数的新机制,给出了一维等离子体光子晶体色散关系式,并进行了数值模拟.结果表明:与散射前相比,介电系数εm=1时不出现禁带;当εm<3时,随εm增大,第一级禁带宽度先缓慢增大再达到最大值,最后缓慢减小,第二级禁带宽度先缓慢增大后趋于饱和值0.69,较散射前减小了0.03,两级禁带的εm临界值为5.4,较散射前减小了0.6,当εm<5.4时,第一级禁带宽度明显大于第二级,较散射前减小了0.04;当εm>5.4时,第二级禁带宽度反而大于第一级,二者差值比散射前明显减小,截止频率和第二级禁带边缘频率均向低频方向较快地移动,且第二级禁带边缘频率变化幅度明显大于截止频率.Using the model of the multi photon nonlinear Compton scattering, the influences of Compton scattering on the dielectric constant to the dispersive of one-dimensional plasma photonic crystals are studied, a new mechanism of influence on Compton scattered optical to the dielectric constant of the medium layer, the dispersive relations of the one-dimensional plasma photonic crystals are given out, and the dispersive relations are simulated by using numbers. The results show that when the dielectric constant εm= 1, the band gap can not take place compared with before the Compton scattering; when εm〈3, the first band gap width is slowly increased, then, it goes a maximum number, and finally, it is slowly decreased, the second band gap width is firstly slowly increased, then, it goes a saturation number 0.69, and the saturation number is decreased by 0.03 compared with before the scattering, the critical number εm, of the two band gaps is 5.4, and it is decreased by 0.6 compared with before the scattering ; whenεm 〉 5.4, the first band gap width is clearly bigger than the second band gap width, and the width is decreased by 0.04 compared with before the scattering; when εe〉 5.4, the second band gapwidth is bigger than the first band gap width, and their difference number is clearly decreased compared with before the scattering. The cut-off frequency and the boundary frequency of the second band gap are faster moved to low frequency direction, and the changed extent of the boundary frequency of the second band gap is bigger than the cut-off frequency.
