颅内多发动脉瘤的显微外科治疗(附7例分析)

摘　　要：目的:探讨颅内多发动脉瘤的临床特点及诊治要点。方法:采用回顾性分析对7例共16个颅内多发动脉瘤临床资料进行分析。结果:女性6例,男性1例,全部经开颅手术治疗,疗效优良率71.42%。结论:本组颅内多发动脉瘤多发于女性;中等大小动脉瘤较常见;主要发生在前循环;手术治疗效果较理想;微型动脉瘤极易漏诊;手术应先处理出血侧或易出血侧动脉瘤,并注意手术技巧及要点。Objectives To study the clinical characteristics as well as key points of diagnosis and treatment of multiple intracranial aneurysms（MIA）. Methods： The clinical and imaging data of 7 patients with 16 aneu rysms were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The excellent and good rate of operative treatment was 71.42% in 7 patients with MIAs. Conclusions： The MIAs are more common in female than that in male. The aneu rysms of medial size are common among MIAs. Surgical outcomes for MIAs were satisfactory. The diagnosis of the small aneurysms of Milks is easily overlooked. Therapeutic priority should be given to the ruptured or easi ly bleeding aneurysms and surgical skills and strategies are important to the operative success.
