摘　　要：为探讨直肠癌前切除术后吻合口漏的防治措施，回顾分析4例直肠癌前切除术后发生吻合口漏的患者资料。结果显示，本组4例患者经过保守治疗全部治愈。结果表明，直肠癌前切除术后吻合口漏一般可通过保守治疗治愈。In order to explore the measures for preventing ＆ treating anastomosis stoma leakage following anterior resection procedure for rectal carcinoma, authors retrospectively analysed the data of 4 cases who suffered from anastomosis stoma leakage after anterior resection for their rectal carcinoma. As results, the 4 cases being cured through conservative treatment. Results show that anastomosis stoma leakage could be cured through conservative treatment generally.
