摘　　要：随着国际海事组织对海事通信的日益重视,"马尼拉修正案2010"将以往公约对航海英语要求标准进行了修改和补充,大幅度提高船员航海英语的要求标准,以确保船员英语的有效交流。本文在分析公约相关内容的基础上,提出了针对性的建议,使航海英语满足公约的最低要求。with the increasing concern on the marine communication, the Manila Amendments 2010 have resulted in new and amended requirements to Maritime English to a great extent so as to ensure ＂effective communication＂. Detailed analysis was made on the amendments and practicable countermeasures were put forward in order to meet the minimum requirements laid down in the new Convention as to Maritime English.
