摘　　要：学生干部是高校广大青年学生中的有思想、有能力的骨干力量,也是高校学生管理中的重要组成部分。文章将心理契约管理引入到独立学院学生干部管理当中,积极探索了心理契约应用对于独立学院学生干部管理的方法。Student cadre is backbone strength with thought and ability in the college young students, also is an important part of the college student management.The psychological contract management is introduced into student cadre management of independent college, the psychological contract management methods applied in independent college student cadre were actively explored in this article.
