摘　　要：目的:探讨黑膏药的最佳制作工艺。方法:通过在特定环境温度(35℃),采用两种下丹方式,三组下丹温度进行黑膏药制作实验,探索、确定其最佳制作工艺。结果与结论:通过6组数据比较,可以看出:在环境温度35℃,油量为1 000g,下丹方式为火上下丹,下丹温度为290℃,丹量为400g,制作出的黑膏药稠度适当,油丹化合反应完全,粘性适中,且色泽黑亮,光泽度好。Objective： To research the best production process of Black plaster. Methods： To explore and define the best production process of Black plaster through the production experiment include two ways of put red lead and three groups of put red lead temperature in specific environment（35℃ ）. Results ＆ Conclusion ： Compared with the six groups of data, we can find that： production of black plaster consistency appropriate, alseodaphne combination reaction completely, moderate viscosity, the color black and shiny in specific environment temperature（35℃）, oil quantityo is 1000g, put the red lead in the fire, temperature of put red lead is 290℃, red lead quantity is 400g.
