缺血性脑血管病与颈动脉斑块稳定性的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)与颈动脉斑块稳定性以及血脂、超敏C反应蛋白及IL-6的水平的临床关系研究。方法选取从2010年9月至2011年9月在我院进行治疗的100例缺血性脑血管病患者作为实验组,同时选取100例健康成年人作为对照组。取血测定血脂、超敏C反应蛋白、IL-6的含量;采用彩超进行常规检查颈动脉内斑块的情况,分析血脂、超敏C反应蛋白及IL-6的水平变化对颈动脉内粥样硬化斑块稳定性的影响以及与缺血性脑血管病的关系。结果实验组的血脂、超敏C反应蛋白及IL-6的水平均比对照组高,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组斑块不同稳定性患者血脂、超敏C反应蛋白及IL-6的水平相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);超敏C反应蛋白及IL-6水平与颈动脉斑块不稳定性呈正相关。结论缺血性脑血管病患者的血脂、超敏C反应蛋白及IL-6的水平均增高,并与颈动脉斑块稳定性有关系,多种因素联合导致了缺血性脑血管病的发生。Objective To investigate the relation of ischemic cerebrovascular disease（ICVD） and carotid plaque stability,and blood lipids,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and IL-6 levels.Methods From September 2010 to September 2011 in our hospital for treatment of 100 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease as the experimental group,while selected 100 healthy adults as control group.Determination of blood lipids,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,IL-6 levels,using routine ultrasound examination of carotid artery plaque,analysis of lipids,High-sensitivity C-reactive protein and IL-6 level changes within the carotid artery atherosclerotic plaque stability as well as the impact of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Results Experimental group,blood lipids,high sensitivity C-reactive protein and IL-6 levels than the control group,the difference between the two groups was blood lipids,statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The stability of two different patients with plaque-sensitivity C-reactive protein and IL-6 levels compared to a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and IL-6 levels and carotid artery plaque stability was positively correlated.Conclusion Ischemic cerebrovascular disease in patients with hyperlipidemia,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and IL-6 increased the average water and with the relationship between carotid plaque stability,a variety of factors combined led to the occurrence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
