摘 要:研究了利用氢化物发生原子吸收法测定木制品中微量砷的反应体系。对载气流速、NaBH4浓度、5%抗坏血酸-5%硫脲添加量和介质酸度的影响,以及基体和共存离子的干扰进行了研究。在选定的最佳测试条件下,砷的检出限为0.05μg/L,回收率为97.8%~102.8%,相对标准偏差小于2.4%。该方法具有检出限低、快速、准确、灵敏度高、经济实用等优点,用于木制品中砷的测定,结果令人满意。A method for the determination of trace amounts of arsenic in wooden products by hydride generationatomic absorption spectrometry was developed.The influences of flow velocity of carrier gases,concentration of NaBH4(sodium boron hydride),volume of 5% L-ascorbic acid and 5% thiourea,acidity and interference of co-existing ion had been investigated.The optimal instrument conditions were established.The detection limit of arsenic was 0.05μg.L-1,the recoveries range was 97.8%~102.8%,with relative standard deviation(RSD) below 2.4 %.The method is low of determination limit,rapid,simple,accurate and economical.It can be used in the determination of trace amounts of arsenic in wooden products with satisfactory results.
