摘　　要：推广临床路径管理是公立医院改革的核心内容之一,建设基于知识共享的临床路径管理系统,牢牢抓住数字化医院建设的四个核心要素:数据、过程、知识库、系统,实现电子病历与临床路径的有机结合,既可以为医院的可持续发展打下坚实基础,也可为临床路径的加速推广破解技术障碍。The promotion of clinical pathway management is one of the cores of the reform of public hospitals. The construction of clinical pathway management system based on the knowledge sharing has to grasp four cores of the digital hospital construction： data, processes, knowledge base and system. The combination of Electronic Medical Record and clinical pathway may provide a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the hospital and also crack the technical barriers to the accelerated promotion of the clinical pathway.
