摘　　要：专业学位研究生教育是根据当前社会经济发展需要而设立的一种学位教育,它迎合了近年来国家大力倡导的应用型、创新型人才培养的需要。文章就广西旅游管理专业学位研究生创新型人才培养模式构建的要素进行论述,以期为包括广西在内的泛北部湾省区旅游管理专业学位研究生的培养提供参考借鉴。The specialized degree education of graduate students is one kind of degree education which meets the needs of current social economic development and the innovation-oriented talents cultivation initiated vig- orously by the country. The paper discusses the essential factors in the construction of the innovation-orien- ted talents cultivation mode of graduate students majoring in Guangxi＇s tourism management with a view to providing certain reference for the cultivation of the students in Guangxi and other provinces.
