摘　　要：调查发现,我国现有农业推广硕士专业学位研究生培养质量仅得到社会"基本认可",离培养目标有一定的距离,反映出教育培养模式存在一定的问题。丰富教师队伍的实践经验、优化课程体系和课程内容、强化实践环节、完善管理制度和考核体系,是实现农业推广硕士专业学位研究生教育的"应用型"培养目标的当务之急。By reflecting and analyzing the present training mode, and drawing on experiences of the United States and other countries, the authors of this paper hold that the following points should be attended in order to make the relevant education application-oriented in the real sense. Namely, teachers should enrich their practical experiences. Curricular system and contents should be optimized. Candidates should be exposed to more practical work. Managing rules and assessment system should be improved.
