摘  要:探讨胎盘型谷胱甘肽S -转移酶 (GST -π)和 p5 3蛋白在肾癌中表达的临床病理意义和相关性。方法 :应用LSAB免疫组化法对 43例肾癌GST -π和 p5 3蛋白的表达进行研究。结果 :肾癌中GST -π和p5 3蛋白的阳性率分别为 6 0 .47%和 32 .5 6 %。GST -π表达与肿瘤分化程度明显相关 ,高中分化肾癌阳性率明显高于低分化者(P <0 .0 5 )。GST -π与p5 3蛋白表达呈明显正相关 (r =0 .375 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,p5 3蛋白阳性者中GST -π阳性率高于p5 3蛋白阴性者。结论 :GST -π异常表达可能与肾癌的发生、发展及其化疗耐药性有关。检测GST -π表达对预测肾癌多药耐药、化疗疗效有一定的价值。To study the clinical pathology significance and correlationship of placental glutathione-s-transferase and p53 protein expression in the tissue of kidney carcinoma. Methods: Study the expression of GST-Ⅱ and p53 in 43 cases by the LSAB immunity histochemistry method. Results: The positive rate of GST-Ⅱ and p53 protein in tissue of kidney carcinoma is 60.47% and 32.56% respectively. The expression of GST-Ⅱ has obviously correlationship with the differentiational degree of the tumor, the positive rate of well differentiational is obviously higher than poor differentiational ones( P <0.05). The expression of GST-Ⅱ and p53 protein has obvious positive correlation( r =0.375, P <0.05), the positive rate of GST-Ⅱ in the ones who has positive p53 protein is higher than negative ones. Conclusion: The abnormal expression of GST-Ⅱ may has relation with the occur and progress of the kidney carcinoma and drug tolerance to chemotherapy. Measuring the expression of GST-Ⅱ is valuable to forest the therapy effect and drug tolerance in kidney carcinoma.
