摘　　要：21世纪是网络的时代、信息的时代,随着现代信息技术的不断进步与发展,各行各业都在积极探索利用计算机网络开展网上交流,在很多网站上都可以看到FAQ,相当于一种在线帮助形式。一个优秀的网站,应该重视FAQ系统的设计。Twenty-first Century is the network time, the information age, along with the development of modern information technology continues to progress and development, in all walks of life and actively explore the use of computer networks to carry out online exchanges, we in many sites can be seen on FAQ, equivalent to an online help form. An excellent website, should pay attention to the design of FAQ system.
