摘　　要：精益思想扩展了精益生产的领域,广泛应用于各行各业与各种研究领域。知识链是基于知识流在不同主体间的转移与扩散而实现知识的集成、组织与创新,具有价值增值功能的网链结构模式。概述了精益思想的内涵和企业知识链的概念与模型。从发掘顾客需求、定义知识价值入手,构建基于精益思想的企业内部知识链模型,提出与企业内部知识链优化对应的战略举措。Lean thinking can exist generally in many aspects of different enterprises and research fields, because it expandsthe field and extension of lean production. Knowledge chain provides the premise and basis for studying dynamic mecha-nism of knowledge flow, which consists of knowledge transferring network. The connotation of lean thinking and theknowledge chain＇s conception and models are elaborated. After exploring customer requirements and defining knowledgevalue, this paper constructs knowledge chain model inner enterprise based on lean thinking and puts forward the corre-sponding strategies.
