基于就业-创业导向的独立学院网络营销实践教学方法改革探讨

摘　　要：独立学院定位于培养具有创新精神和实践能力的应用型人才,实践教学在独立学院教学工作中具有重要地位。文中立足于独立学院的网络营销实践教学改革课题,在分析目前独立学院网络营销实践教学中存在的问题、就业压力与网络创业兴起对教学改革的影响的基础上,提出了旨在提高学生就业素质和培养学生创业能力的"就业-创业"导向实践教学方法改革建议,主要包括将创业实战融入实践教学、按照网络企业需要制定实践技能培训模块、建立复合专业结构的教师队伍、鼓励学生尝试网络创业和课程考核模式改革等措施。Practice teaching should play an important role in the teaching system of independent institutes which are located in cultivating talents with innovation spirit and practical ability.The paper is focused on the practice teaching reform of Internet Marketing Course for independent institutes.The study is based on the present problems in the practice teaching,the effects of employment pressure and network pioneering on teaching reform.The results of the study show a way to the practice teaching reform in an employment-entrepreneurial orientation which aims to improve undergraduates employability and entrepreneurial capacity,in terms of permeating with entrepreneurship,designing skills training modules for market need,establishing teaching body in composite structure,getting undergraduates to have network pioneering and grade evaluation reform.
