摘  要:针对机械结构数值分析难以解决的结合面位移不连续问题,建立了一种包含结合部特性的机械结构结合部界面元模型。以螺栓连接的机械结构为研究对象,分别进行数值计算和试验研究,并将分析和试验结果进行了比较。结果表明:界面元法能够较好地解决机械结构结合部问题,具有广阔的应用前景。When analyzing a structure numerically for mechanical properties, it is difficult to imitate the discontinuity in some sections, such as joint surfaces. A new method which was based on the interface stress element was proposed. A bolted mechanical structure was taken for example to analyze numerically the interface element model which included characteristics of the joint surfaces. And the calculation results were compared with the test ones at the same time. The comparison shows that the interface stress element method can solve the problems of joint surfaces in mechanical structure correctly and has broad prospects in applications.
