摘 要:分析了云制造当前国内外研究现状,立足于云制造以用户为中心的核心思想,在云服务平台上,当用户需求不明确与面对云服务平台上海量服务云时,以用户对LED灯具的需求为例分析了面向产品全生命周期某个服务阶段和面向产品全生命周期服务链的个性化服务模式。提出了一种面向用户偏好的智能云服务平台体系架构,对实现面向用户偏好的个性化服务模式所涉及的关键技术进行了分析,为未来实现面向用户偏好的智能云服务平台提供了理论支撑。The cloud manufacturing of the domestic and foreign research situation was investigated and based on the core thought of taking customers as the central in the cloud manufacturing.Taking the customers to the LED lamps' demands as the example,the personalized services pattern of the service stage of PLM(product lifecycle management)-oriented and the service chain of PLM-oriented was analyzed on the cloud service platform,when the customer's demands were not clear and the cloud service platform had a lot of service clouds.The intelligent cloud service platform architecture oriented to customer preference was put forward,several key technologies for personalized service pattern oriented to customer preference were analyzed.It provides theoretical foundation for realizing intelligent cloud service platform for customer preference.
