摘 要:基于实车模型,建立了铰接式自卸汽车平衡悬架的二维模型。给出了平衡悬架的机构运动简图,推导出导向机构与平衡梁的相对运动方程,分析了导向机构与平衡梁的相对运动规律,得出了避免或减小干涉现象的条件。结论可为重型汽车平衡悬架的设计或改进提供理论参考。The 2D model of the balanced suspension mechanism in a certain articulated dump truck was built.The movement sketch of the balanced suspension mechanism was offered,and equation of relative movement between the guiding unit and the balanced beam was deduced.In addition,the law of relative movement between the guiding unit and the balanced beam was analyzed,and the conditions of avoiding or reducing the interference were concluded.The results offered theoretical references for the design and improvement of the balanced suspension mechanism in the heavy truck.
