摘 要:以和谐劳资关系,促进社会和谐;以和谐社会,保证经济稳定、持续和健康地发展,这是摆在我国面前的一项重要任务。我国存在着众多的利益关系,而劳资利益关系仍是我国社会的一个轴心问题。当前,我国劳资关系存在着劳动工资、劳动时间、劳动条件和社会保障四大矛盾,如何促进劳资利益关系和谐?有三条对策建议:实施用工分类,逐步消除企业"二元结构";实施雇员参与制,探索建立劳资利益新关系;实施"三只饭碗",建立企业劳动用工新制度。We should promote the social harmony by means of harmonious labor - capital relations. We should ensure the steady, sustained and healthy development of the economy based on the harmonious society. It is an important mission we are facing. The labor - capital relations are the hub of China's social interest relations. Now there are four conflicts which are wages, working hours, working conditions and social security. We make three suggestions on how to promote harmonious labor - capital relations including eliminating the dualistic enterprises structure gradually by implementing labor classification; establishing new labor - capital relations by implementing the system of employee participation; establishing new enterprise labor system by implementing "three rice bowls".
